Return policy:
- We accept returns for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- All returns must be unused, in original new condition, complete with original, undamaged packaging, hang tag (on staffs), and extras (rubber tip and joint lube on staffs).
- Appropriate return packing and shipping is your responsibility.
- Please call or email for a Return Authorization number (RA) before returning your merchandise.
- Refunds are issued when returned items are received in appropriate condition at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued for the original price you paid for the returned item(s). We do not refund original shipping and handling fees.
